Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place the vanilla wafer crumbs in a medium size bowl. Use and fork to stir and toss the crumbs as you drizzle in the melted butter.
Once mixed, stir in the sprinkles.
Press the mixture into a pie plate, using a custard cup or bottom of a measuring cup to press in.
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place in fridge to cool.
Vanilla Milkshake Filling
In a large mixing bowl add the heavy cream and instant pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer until throughly mixed, creamed, and thickened, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the marshmallow fluff and continue beating with electric mixer for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the softened ice cream and using mixer on medium to low, beat just enough to throughly combine the filling, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into the cooled pie crust and garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
Place in freezer for 8 hours or overnight. To serve, let thaw at room temperature about 5 to 10 minutes.
