Goonies Baby Ruth Pie-Never Say Die! Gooey cookie batter pie loaded with chopped up Baby Ruth bars. Chunk & Sloth never had it so good.

Ingredients
2largeeggs
1/2cupall purpose flour (or Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 - gluten free)
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1cupmelted butter (cooled)
2cupschopped up Baby Ruth candy bars(21 minis or 5 full-size candy bars)
2unbaked pie crusts (one for pie plate, the other to cut out lettering)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. degrees.
In a large bowl beat eggs with an electric handheld mixer for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Add in flour and sugars and mix thoroughly with electric mixer.
Carefully blend in cooled melted butter by hand with a whisk or spatula.
Stir in the chopped Baby Ruth bars, and pour/spread into prepared unbaked pie shell.
Place cookie sheet with rim/sides on rack below pie as it bakes, as butter will sometimes bubble out a bit at the end of baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 F. degrees.
While pie is cooling, increase oven temperature to 350 F. Bake the lettering for GOONIES - Never Say Die on a parchment lined baking sheet. Let cool before placing on pie.
