Elderberries are widely known for their medicinal properties such as antioxidants and vitamins which can boost your immune system. These beautiful purple-blue tiny berries can help lessen stress, inflammation, and help prevent contracting colds and flu, ease symptoms and have been known to shorten the amount of time of lingering symptoms.
Currently, only 16 ounce bottles are available to purchase. The bottles are shelf-stable for up to one year when produced. (Each bottle is dated with exp. date on bottom label.) Our Eldberry Brew is a small-batch brew to ensure consistency and provide long-term stability, flavor, and medicinal properties once it arrives to you.
Each bottle contains 32 servings at 1 tablespoon each or 96 servings at 1 teaspoon each. Recommended consumption for daily immune health: 2 to 3 teaspoons for adults. Recommended consumption to help ease cold/flu symptoms: 1 to 2 tablespoons for adult.
