This is me attempting to beat raspberries at their game. So many seeds & the juicy berries deflate my raspberry scones!

I made the raspberries into a sauce, removed seeds, and thickened with a little tapioca starch. Popped these in the freezer to add to my next batch of scones! #raspberryscones #raspberrywhitechocolate #raspberrywhitechocolatescones
