𝗠𝘆 4 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝘀! I get asked that question a lot, "What is your favorite pie?" Depends on the day, the season of the year, the weather, my mental health, etc. So, I am showcasing my 4 go to pies that have carried me over the years and have been in my life the longest. In order of picture (L to R):
𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲: A family favorite, a warm chocolate chip cookie lover's dream come true. It tastes as good as it sounds and it's buttery & loaded with walnuts!
𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘁: Someone called this grasshopper pie and I about lost it, it's NOT grasshopper, it's better dammit. I was taught in home ec, at the tender young age of 12, how to make this creamy mint truffle pie. Mmmmm.
𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗲: This is the canned apple pie recipe, because this girl likes having canned apple pie filling ready to go. Any apple pie is in good company with me though.
𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻, 𝘆𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗲: Extra spices have always been a part of pumpkin pies. Non-dairy whipped topping is the ONLY way to go.
